Jill and Dawn could not have been more friendly and helpful. We received wonderful service; clear and thorough information was provided, and the multiple questions my sister and I had were answered with patience and consideration. I would very highly recommend this facility.
Dawn is fantastic! My husband and I walked in, asked for a unit, and were unloaded within the hour. Dawn advised us on which unit would best fit our needs, and even let us look at the different sizes to make sure it was a good fit. Great customer service and very convenient/spacious area to load and unload.
Just closed out my storage locker I used over a year and half had no problems. Have rented before that's why I went back. I liked using their box truck for moving items back and forth. Good place to rent from.
I have never used a storage facility. Getting started staging our home of 32 years & a storage unit was the Best option. Checked for the closest location Wall NJ perfect! Spoke on the phone to a friendly attendant Dawn about the details. Next day easy check in ( note: on Line Paperwork would speed up the process- My Bad) & no issues at all. Clean & Friendly & convenient too!
The service was amazing!! Jill was so friendly and so helpful. Even close to closing on a Sunday in the pouring rain. Had no problem making sure I was clear with everything on the contract and had all questions or concerned answered. I would 100% recommend this place!!
