Unreliable service. Ruined our Mother's Day plans by cancelling my mother's massage a 1/2 hour before her appointment. We were just about to walk out the door. They also confirmed her appointment via text at 9:04 am and still didn't cancel when I called at 9:26 am to prepay for our massages. Shame on you Milagro for not having a backup. They should be giving my mother a free spa treatment for this inconvenience on Mother's Day. They have been know for cancelling appointments over the years with never being able to fit you in in another time slot. I only booked here because it was close to my mom's house.

Suzanne at the front desk is very helpful and personable...Had a pedicure with Kim and it was the best. I highly recommend Milagro Spa for the best relaxation!!!
