Prepped Culinary deserves more than 5 stars!! I eat Prepped 2 times a day for lunch and dinner. I'm down 37 pounds by sticking to my workout and eating these fresh, delicious meals! Choosing Prepped has been the best choice I made, I stay on track and never have to worry about having time to cook with my busy schedule!
My wife and myself started using Prepped 3 weeks ago and have been impressed with the choices as well as the taste of the meals. We are both very busy in our jobs working crazy hours so this is a welcome convenience. Just order your meals and they are delivered to your door or office. The quality of the food is awesome. Who would not want to have a great meal ready in 3 minutes. Just add a salad and your Gourmet meal is ready . I also found this to be a great way to have a quick healthy lunch when stuck in the my office. Now if only I could talk them into making my breakfast this easy.
