I didn't have to go to great clips. I can easily afford any high end salon. I just work a lot and have two kids so making an appointment anywhere for me is nearly impossible which is why I stopped there.
The staff is friendly, good hair cuts, three online check in tool is useful so you know when to go, so you're not sitting around.
The whole time I was there a few staff members were complaining about their clients they had throughout the day. Very unprofessional to speak badly about customers in front of customers.
Just my thoughts. I will never return here nor will I ever recommend anyone to go here.
Candance is amazingly creative. Long hair or short..she makes it look terrific!
All these women need a lesson in customer service as well as salesmanship. Try to sell some of the products you have hanging around. Ask a customer if they would like a real wash not just a spritz from a spray bottle to wet their hair. Ask if they want the full blow dry and style. Don't assume people can't afford it. Again, I make a very good living and maybe I'm the exception of customers that come here but I highly doubt that is the case at all.
Lastly don't assume that because someone goes to great Clips that they can't afford the additional charge to fully dry their hair. If it was an extra $10 I would have paid it as well as given her a bigger tip.
Have had Candace now for s awhile love love how she cuts my hair. Ty Candace will see u soon for my next haircut.P.S. anyone who sees my new haircut admires it greatly.!!!!
Never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The haircuts are great! It feels like I am at home with the environment the staff gives off. I highly recommend this store to anybody looking for a great service.
I recently visited the Great Clips in Wall NJ and I must say I wasn't impressed. There were four women on shift, two of which were already assisting customers another was sitting in the back and another was sitting in the very first chair behind the front desk. I walked in to get a cut and sat down and waited. The one girl sitting up front clearly saw me sitting there. It wasn't until one of the girls who was doing another customers hair had finished and saw me and asked if I was waiting for a cut. (No, i just enjoy sitting in hair salons). I said yes and the girl who was doing nothing and clearly saw me the entire time waiting said oh I didn't know she was waiting. The girl who had asked me fired back at her with "this whole time?" The girl who had asked if I was waiting said she would help me when another woman came from the back and said "no it's my turn." (And where were you?). I went with the girl from the back. She was nice enough, made decent conversation. She had multicolored hair which we talked about as I used to have my hair similar. She gave a decent cut but then lightly blow dried my hair for about a minute and sent me on my way with still wet hair.
