I have been to many cross fit box's and its all about the coaches. JSA has the best coaching staff I have come across. They focus on technique and working with the persons ability. Great atmosphere, friendly really get you motivated. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been a CrossFitter since 2008 and coaching since 2010. I have traveled all over the country for CrossFit and I've seen it all. JSA CrossFit is the Jersey Shore's premier CrossFit! The coaches are knowledgable, supportive and positive! Programming is well planned and I continue to see improvements in my technique and improvements in my weightlifting PR's. I firmly believe that the strength I gained last winter played a huge part in my success at the Leadville 100. In addition to the coaching and programming JSA has a great community of well trained athletes that foster a positive environment encouraging and pushing one another each and every day.
Great atmosphere, great staff and very comfortable environment. Nothing beats being welcomed on your first day. You’re in a strange new place, doing workouts you’ve never heard of, and everyone introduces themselves, welcomes you and helps you through it. All while the coaches are there instructing you so you get through it safely, can’t beat that!!!! I love this place. If I could I’d live here
