I have been seeing Dr. Iannacone for many years for several different sinus, hearing, and balance issues. I had surgery by the dr many years back and everything went well! I just go now for check-ups every few years, or to have a problem looked at. The staff and the doctor are very pleasant and polite and listen to your problems without hesitation.
I cannot even say that I got care all I got was to sit in the room with the doctor for 5 minutes and then I got a bill for over $300. It is so sad that there are no doctors in this country there are only business people. The man that I met with was a good businessman to make over $300 for 5 minutes while people become more poor and more sick
I made an appointment with this office to have my hearing tested. I appreciated being able to complete the paperwork online before the visit. Receptionist, Cheryl, was pleasant and well organized. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. Dr Ianaccone was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. After his exam I was immediately taken to be examined by the audiologist, Jaclyn Tomalo (Doctor of Audiology), who again was pleasant and knowledgeable. They recommended getting a hearing aid, but I did tell them I would like to do some price shopping. There was no pressure to purchase something through them. They did review some of the pros and cons of buying hearing aids through other services, but again, it was low key. Very impressed.
